7711php Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules for Filipino Players

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 7711php platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors who browse without a registered account.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the 7711php platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes to these terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

02 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use 7711php, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are physically located in the Philippines when accessing the platform.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by 7711php.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, 7711php reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any remaining balance pending investigation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number for OTP verification. Providing false information is a breach of these terms.

03 Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP with any other person. 7711php will never contact you to ask for your password.

Any activity carried out under your account credentials is considered to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact the platform immediately via the support email and take steps to secure your account.

7711php implements SSL encryption, OTP verification on key account actions, and KYC identity checks. These measures are in place to protect you, but account security also depends on your own practices — use a strong, unique password and do not access your account on shared or public devices.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 7711php are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). There is no currency conversion and no foreign currency option.

Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, and online bank transfers via Philippine banking channels (InstaPay, PESONet). Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted for deposits or withdrawals under any circumstances.

• Deposits are generally credited after confirmation of the transaction from the payment provider.
• Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same channel used for the original deposit where possible.
• 7711php reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal if required by its internal compliance procedures.
• Minimum and maximum transaction amounts may apply and are displayed within the account area.

05 Betting Rules and Void Bets

All bets placed on 7711php are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game type — sports betting, live casino, slots, eBingo, or esports. These rules are displayed within the relevant section of the platform and should be reviewed before placing any wager.

7711php reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• A technical error occurred that materially affected the outcome or odds at the time of betting.
• The bet was placed after an event had already concluded (late acceptance due to a system delay).
• There is evidence that the bet was placed as part of fraudulent, collusive, or arbitrage activity.
• Incorrect odds or pricing were offered due to a manifest error.

In the event of a voided bet, the original wager amount will be returned to the player's account balance. Winnings arising from void bets will not be paid out.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 7711php may offer bonuses, promotions, cashback programmes, or other incentives to eligible players. Any such offer will be subject to its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria and any applicable wagering requirements.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or placing opposing bets to neutralise wagering requirements — is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

07 Responsible Gaming

7711php provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous and accurate service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7711php is not liable for any financial losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses from bets placed, technical errors beyond our reasonable control, or decisions made based on information displayed on the platform.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

10 Changes to These Terms

7711php reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
